I am a Provider with Regence Health Ins, (UMP) Car Accident Cases (PIP) all car insurance if you have Personal Injury Protection (PIP). If you found me on your insurance "find provider" site, I am a Provider with your insurance company.
I am an out-of-network Provider with Aetna, Kaiser and Premera. I can take your insurance but the deductible is usually more for an " Out-of-Network Provider".
At this time, I am not accepting Labor and Industries (L&I) patients.
